Investments and Redemptions

Investments may be made at any time. Redemptions may be made at any time without penalty, although we may require at least 60 days prior written notice. All investments are made solely through our Prospectus and Investment Application information packet.

Interest Rates on Investments

Currently we are offering 3.0% interest for investments under $100,000, and 3.25% for investment accounts that are $100,000 or larger. We may adjust (increase or decrease) the interest rate on outstanding investment accounts upon 30 days prior written notice.

Financial Statement

An audit of the MALF was completed at the end of 2010 by an independent auditing service and is available for review by request of our Board of Directors. Feel free to download a copy of the report, which was submitted at the end of March 2011.
